Description :
Six antique and vintage pocket watches offered strictly as-is for repair, restoration, or parts. The group features a variety of cases and movements, including gold-filled (GF) and (935) silver pieces. Styles range from heavily ornate hunter cases with floral and butterfly engravings to open-face utility pieces, decorative pendant watches, and examples with cracked crystals or missing components. None of the watches are currently running. Perfect for watchmakers, restorers, or vintage collectors looking for project pieces and spare parts. The highlights are: Antique gold filled pocket watch features a white enamel dial signed "ELGIN" with classic black Roman numerals, blued steel hands, and a sunken subsidiary seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position. The movement is signed Elgin Nat. Watch Co. and bears the serial number 4085242, alongside the inscription SAFETY PINION. The watch is housed in an ornate gold-filled hunter case manufactured by Dueber (serial number 2033268, stamped with the trademark anchor logo). The exterior case lid is beautifully hand-engraved featuring a central butterfly motif framed by detailed floral flourishes and scrollwork. And an antique open-face pocket watch features a white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, a sub-seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position, and ornamental hands. The dust cover is inscribed with handwritten script reading "Harold P. Neilson". The case is crafted from 0.935 sterling silver and bears the serial number 111777 along with traditional Swiss hallmarks. The movement is a mechanical cylinder escapement featuring gilt bar bridges and a regulator arm marked "AVANCE" and "RETARD".

PAYMENT DETAILS
Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s). If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available/arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is NOT available. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor or in an out building.
Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed.Full payment must be made by 8:00 p.m. the day after auction closes. If total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited, and bidding privileges revoked.
Pick-up information will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction closes.All items not picked up during the designated times will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. When possible, and at our sole discretion, an alternate pick-up time may be arranged. If this is possible, an appropriate fee will be charged.
A Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax are added to the winning bid amount when invoiced. Sales tax is waived for licensed re-sellers.
We make every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw.
